    Shipping Charges

    We offer two shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: Rs. 150 on orders below Rs. 3,000
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs. 3,000

    We ship orders through trusted courier services, including:

    • PostEx

    Delivery Time

    Our estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 working days after your order has been confirmed and dispatched.

    Delivery time may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote areas, or other unexpected situations.

    Order Processing

    Once your order is placed, our team will confirm, pack, and hand it over to the courier service. Orders are usually processed as soon as possible after confirmation.

    Tracking Details

    After your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you so you can follow your parcel’s delivery status.

    Incorrect Address or Contact Information

    Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing your order. Leavaro will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

    Failed Delivery Attempts

    If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to no response, wrong address, or customer unavailability, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

    Damaged or Missing Parcel

    If your parcel arrives damaged or you face any delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can help resolve the matter.
